2. Description of the Service

Granino is a free specialty coffee discovery platform. We help people find and explore coffee beans, roasters, and cafés. The platform provides information such as tasting notes, roast levels, certifications, shop locations, opening hours, amenities, ratings, images, descriptions, and pricing where available.

Registered users can use additional features such as saving coffee beans and Cafés, marking cafés as visited, logging tasting feedback, managing profile information, exporting account data, deleting their account, and sharing links to Granino pages.

Granino does not sell coffee or any products. We do not process payments or facilitate transactions between users and cafés, roasters, or producers.

3. Information Accuracy and Disclaimer

Much of the information on Granino is collected from the respective roasters, cafés, producers, public sources, user feedback, or other third-party materials, then adapted and structured for use on our platform. We may also use automated tools to help collect, categorise, enrich, or present information before it is reviewed or edited.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed on Granino. The content on this website may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Coffee offerings, tasting notes, opening hours, prices, locations, product details, certifications, and similar information may change without notice and may not reflect the current state at the time you view it.

You should always verify important details directly with the relevant roaster, café, producer, or original source before making any decisions based on information found on Granino. We accept no responsibility for actions taken in reliance on information displayed on this website.

Ratings, tasting notes, flavour categories, recommendations, rankings, distance estimates, map results, and similar discovery features are provided for general informational and personal-use purposes only. They are subjective, approximate, and may not match your own experience.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of Granino — such as saving coffee beans or Cafés, marking cafés as visited, logging tasting feedback, exporting your data, deleting your account, or managing your profile — you may need to create an account. You can register with an email address and password, or sign in via Google OAuth (“Sign in with Google”).

Some tasting feedback may be started without an account. If you later sign in, we may associate that feedback with your account so you can see and manage it in your profile.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. User-Generated Content

You may submit content to Granino, including tasting feedback (ratings, tasting notes, and optional tasting location), profile information (username, name, avatar), and any other content you choose to share. You may also create account activity, such as saved coffee beans, saved Cafés, visited cafés, and newsletter subscriptions, which we process as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, and present the website.

You agree that any content you submit is truthful and based on your genuine experience, and that you have the rights needed to submit it. We reserve the right to remove, edit, hide, or refuse content that is misleading, abusive, spammy, infringes third-party rights, or otherwise violates these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

When using Granino, you agree to act respectfully and lawfully. You may not use the website to post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, harassing, offensive, spammy, or that violates the rights of others.

Granino may also link to external websites, including those of cafés, roasters, and producers listed on the platform. Links and references do not imply endorsement or responsibility for their content. You access third-party websites at your own risk.

12. Availability, Warranties, and Liability

Granino is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
