Natural processed Caturra from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, grown at 1,750m in the Dota area — one of the famous coffee-growing places in the mountainous region of Tarrazú.
M&M Micro Mill is managed by coffee veteran Roberto Mata and his son Michael, drawing on years of experience in producing specialty coffee.
The mill processes coffee from several family members, with all lots dried on raised beds and focused purely on honey and natural processing. Metal tables and shade nets provide cover during the hottest part of the day, and mechanical dryers are used to lower the final percentages of humidity to the correct level for export.
All processes are measured and efficiently organised, with the goal of standardising and reproducing their specialty lots year after year.
