This coffee comes from the 'Valle Ubiriki' cooperative in the Junín region, a mountainous and fertile area in the heart of Peru known for its coffees with a clean and refined taste. The cooperative was founded in 2004 and consists of hundreds of small farmers working together on fair prices, sustainable cultivation, and high quality.
There, where the coffee cherries ripen slowly, a soft and sweet coffee emerges with a vibrant flavor typical of the region. You can also taste this in the Nº10 Peru Junín: a medium roast with notes of milk chocolate, honey, blackberries, and a hint of caramel.
