From northern Sumatra, in the Aceh region, comes Koperasi Produsen Petani Kopi Gayo, a cooperative of over 600 farmers who work entirely without chemical agents.
The beans are processed using the traditional wet-hulled (Giling Basah) method, resulting in a full body, sweet notes, and a light spiciness.
Expect flavors of dried apricot, raisins, cocoa nibs, and clove.
